Book Help  
Showers are the best when exhausted.
So before I go to bed from exahaustion  (which is something I will bring up in a later post, don't wanna get into it now...) I have a question to my flist.

So in my Macroeconomics class we have to choose a book to read and then write a paper comparing it to the Bush Administration.. and the books are:

  • Wealth of Nations
  • The General Theory of Employment, Interest, and Money

  • Free to Choose
  • The Republic
  • The Prince
  • The Theory of Leisure Class
  • Economics and The Public Purpose
  • Capitalism and Freedom

  • Freakonomics: A Rouge Economics Explores the Hidden Side of Everything
  • The Age of Turbulence: Adventures in a New World
  • The World is Flat 
So if any of you have read any of these or have heard anything about them, could you let me know? I am gonna look into them myself, but I was hoping someone my have some insight to them as well.

Twilight Blend  

Sooo.... I was iffy on posting this because it is my first Twilight blend, and I can't remember the last time I even did a blend... but [info]bre2004  talked me into it... and here I am :p

Its a blend from the last Twilight Trailer... you know, the one that showed everyone that this movie is going to KICK ASS! I just had to make a wall using the close up of Bella's lips, because holy hell it inspired me like whoa! I totally forgot that I could ad textures for some reason and JUST realized that LMFAO! Oh well, it's okay without em I think LOL.

oh em eff gee  
so. whoa.

A big radio station in Denver (93.3) is holding its annual 'Not So Silent Night' concert. This years thing is 'Big Band. Small Venue.'. The Venue they chose? The Ogden theatre. The theatre really is a small venue... I'm guessing about 300 people maybe? Either way, its where I saw Rilo Kiley for the first time... and that was just ALL SORTS OF FUCKING EPIC.

Now I'm gonna go see my second favorite band.

Fall Out Boy.

STFU HATERS!!! You know you may hate them, but you all secretly love Pete Wentz. Everyone does... no one knows why, but everyone secretly loves him. Damn Pete and his peen.

Normally FOB wouldn't be playing at that small of a venue... they would be more like The Fillmore which can hold like 1200+ I think... or the Broomfield one... I don't know how big that one is though because I haven't ever been there. But yeah... they are playing a SMALL ASS VENUE!!! I am gonna be up in Patricks shit! SO EXCITED!!

That is all... I need to nap now... woke up way to damn early to get those presale tickets THAT RAPED US!!! ... in a good way though ...

PS. Holy hell I want to make some Twilight art... like a blend.. not a character piece... SLEEEEEP THOUGH!

OMFG!!! The SNL cold opening with Tina Fey as Palin just makes my year. OMG I am in love. She does it SO FUCKING WELL THAT IT IS SCARY. Watch it. Love it. LULZ at it!

But now I go to bed after having made the layout designs for my holiday themed version of UMockers, which I hope to update reeeeally soon. Because its been a while... a looong while.

Ugh and I have to work on my Fanlistings... eep. I should get started on that soon. The coding is mostly done, I just have to add all the info mainly and some coding. grr.

I also need to start work on a thread I wanna do for BF, but I know its gonna be a lotta typing...grrr.

Oh, and Kayla hun, I tried me some Paramore, and I just can't really get into them. Any suggestions as to what songs might snag my attention?

why DVR's rawk the world  
2 and a half hours of straight Real World. Like whoa seriously.

I haven't really been able to watch RW: Sydney but now I can thanks to this amazing machine called DVR. I wasn't gonna get one because they cost $100 to get, but Qwest was having a special where when you sign up you can get one free because of the instant rebate because of Christmas.

I really want this strike to be over so that I can whore my DVR out and catch up on some shiza. No longer will I have to ask for certain days off for my shows...and no longer shall thursdays be a bitch for me to watch anything!

And omg 2 hours of Wild n' Out recorded too.... bliss.

 What the hell?! How could Tila choose Bobby over Amanda? Seriously? He is ass face incarnate. I honestly don't see what she sees in him, I mean he is just a douche face and she is keeping him!

At least I know that Dani will win.

Though watching Martin and John from Boys Like Girls switch roles in Rock Band was too fun to watch. Martin rawked them drums!
